History:
The 12th Century chuch was rebuilt in the early 13th Century being completed by about 1247 and remains of a Norman church have been found in the West door, the tower and North wall. The Chapels were added in the 14th and 15th Centuries.William the Conqueror gave Horsham Manor to William de Braose. In the 13th Century, descendants of the de Braose family gave the tithes of the parish to support a Benedictine Nunnery at Rusper.
